Alex Lee Chairs MDRT Australia Annual Coaching Event

We are proud to share that recently our Partner Alexander Lee in his role as Victorian Chair, MC’ed the MDRT Australia “Annual Coaching Event”, held at Leonda On The Yarra.
 
MDRT is a community of exceptional advisers, business owners and family people, all with the common goal of sharing their best ideas to improve one another.
 
The keynote speakers for the session included Grant Hackett OAM, Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Generation Life. Grant’s presentation focused on how creating an effective, high-performance framework in the workplace and establishing a ‘Range” of what success and failure looks like, will organically create an environment that breeds success.

The second keynote speaker was Jason Poole, Director and Owner of GPA Financial Services in Newcastle NSW.
Jason shared his story of how he transitioned his business to fee-based on the value that he delivers to clients and the problems he helps them solve.
 
It was a wonderful day full of inspiring discussions and many of the McQueen team were in attendance to support Alex and benefit from the sessions.
 
We are extremely proud of Alex for his ongoing role with MDRT and for representing McQueen in such a positive way.
