Alex Lee Presents at 2021 MDRT Annual Meeting Virtual Event

We are incredibly proud of our Partner & Senior Adviser Alexander Lee, whose presentation for the 2021 MDRT Annual Meeting Virtual Event was streamed live on Tuesday 15 June 2021 across 70 countries around the world.
In a non-Covid environment, the MDRT Annual Meeting would have been held in New Orleans with over 8,000 attendees from across the globe.
Alex’s presentation centred around “Incorporating Team Values Into The Day-To-Day” and how the McQueen team use our internal “Values Board System” to acknowledge team members who actively demonstrate the values we feel are key to our success both as a team, and as a business.
We present our “Values Board” each week during our Monday Morning Team Meeting, and this serves to motivate our team and prepare us for a productive and cohesive week ahead.
As one of our core values stipulates, “There is no I in McQueen”, and we believe if our team are happy and love what they do, and feel appreciated, we will be able to provide the very best for our clients.
