Nicola Chapman

Fun Fact: I help organise gatherings and events through our local Church to connect families in our community.

This includes overseeing a very popular playgroup which has over 100 families attend each week!

Nicola joined the McQueen team in 2023 as a Client Service Administrator.

Nicola holds a Bachelor of Social Work and brings with her extensive administration and customer service experience, gathered from over 15 years employment in the public health sector.

Nicola thrives on achieving the best possible outcomes for clients through building effective relationships, paying attention to detail and working collaboratively as part of a team.

Nicola transitioned to the finance sector seeking a fresh challenge and flexibility while raising a young family. She is looking forward to further developing her transferrable skills to support the goals of clients and the McQueen Team.

Outside of work, Nicola enjoys catching up with friends, getting along to her local Parkrun on weekends, and going on holidays to explore different places with her family.
