I have always enjoyed interacting with people and numbers make sense to me, which makes what I do genuinely enjoyable.

I entered the financial services profession in 2004.

After complaining to my cousin Angus (founder of McQueen Group) about the law degree I was studying, he suggested I spend a few weeks at his office to see how I liked it. I felt at home instantly.

Starting with client service, I moved onto being an adviser to busy, successful and driven professionals and their families, along with managing a growing team. I now wear predominantly two hats - as Managing Partner of McQueen Group and as adviser to select clients.

At McQueen, we identify and execute financial aspirations. Using the right mix of technology, knowledge and experience, we boil down complex financial issues into simple decisions. We then coach our clients to short, medium and long term targets and provide simple reports to measure progress and to stay on track.

We are proud of our fantastic team that spans investments, accounting, mortgages, insurance and estate planning.

In my personal time, I enjoy music - mainly going to gigs (if possible!) and listening. With friends I started a monthly album appreciation night (like a book club but about music albums, and more fun).

I volunteer at the Huddle program (tutoring kids in the inner suburbs) when I can.

I am a passionate supporter of North Melbourne in the AFL, New Orleans in the NBA and the Yakult Swallows in Japanese baseball.
