Willard joined the McQueen team in 2024 as a Client Service Administrator.

From farm beginnings, Willard progressed to a water trading firm in Wagga, then to Melbourne for university studies and retail experience at Country Road.

Following, he contributed nearly four years to a financial advice firm.

Willard then pivoted to marketing positions at a property tech firm and a financial licensee, broadening his skill set.

Willard is enthusiastic to be back in the advice industry and for the opportunity to contribute to the success of McQueen Group.

Willard holds a Bachelor of Business (Marketing & International Business), a Mini MBA in Marketing - Mark Ritson and is currently completing a Graduate Diploma of Financial Planning.

Outside of the office, Willard volunteers with the Abbotsford Riverbankers, contributing to environmental conservation along our Yarra River.

Willard takes pleasure in partaking in the social and cultural experiences of traditional public houses with associates.

Additionally, he enjoys reading, getting back to the farm, maintaining his health and well-being through regular visits to the gym, and valuing both community engagement and personal growth.
